Refund policy

Within 14 natural days from the date of receipt of the product, if the product remains in its original condition, unused, free from any wear or stains, and all original packaging, labels, and accessories are complete and intact, a return or exchange service can be applied for.
The processing procedure is as follows:
1. Formal application: Please submit a written return and exchange application through the official customer service channel, and attach relevant order and product information. We will provide a formal acceptance response within 24 hours.
2. Return of goods: Please return the goods to the designated address in the "Return and Exchange Authorization Notice" provided by us. We must use traceable logistics services and clearly label the return identification code issued by us on the outside of the package.
3. Refund of funds: After the quality inspection department verifies that the goods meet the return and exchange standards, we will complete the refund process through the original payment channel within 5-7 working days.
Definition of Return Freight Responsibility
Our responsibility: Upon confirmation, returns or exchanges are due to production defects, functional malfunctions, or shipping errors on our part.
Customer liability: Returns or exchanges due to subjective changes in personal preferences or non quality issues such as product not meeting expectations.
